Sunday, March 04, 2007 script! masasabi ko na medyo busya ko sa pagawa ng mga script.. medyo nagiging hobby ko na siya ngaun.. etoh script sa dr faustus.. nakakatakot basahin ung orig na script heheeheheh.. latin kc.. kaya kaialngn namin palitan.. maikli lang siya kim kc musical.. anyway gusto ko lang din share..lam mo ba hirap humanap ng music na nakakatakot.. as in nung nag tetest ako.. natatakot tlga ako..! Script: Life and Tragedy of Dr. Faustus Mephistopheles searches for another soul. (Different kind of people doing there normal works. They are being pulled by Mephistopheles.) Lucifer comes to get their souls. (A dance will be performed) THE PASSING OF BOOK Mephistopheles’ appears. Mephistopheles recalls the tragedy of Faustus. Mephistopheles: Ah! Faustus, the great Faustus who sold his soul to Lucifer. FLASHBACK WHEN MEPHISTOPHELES AND FAUSTUS MET Mephistopheles: Now Faustus, what would you want me to do? Faustus: To do whatever I shall command (showing amazement) Mephistopheles: I am servant of the great Lucifer; I may not follow you for I obey only Lucifer. Faustus: I Shall make you follow me. Mephistopheles: I came because I heard you denying obedience to God. Faustus: Yes I do, now tell me about your world, your hell, tell me something about Lucifer and all the devils!, tell me everything! Everything! Mephistopheles: Lucifer and all his devils were once angels who rebelled against God and have been damned to hell forever. However, I and my fellow demons are always in hell, even when we are on earth, because being deprived of the presence of God. Faustus: tell me more.. tell me…and then do everything that I shall command! Mephistopheles: I cant follow you, for I only serve the great Lucifer! BLOOD SIGNATURE Devil: Be with us. You’ll have everything you want. Angel: stop listening to him, he will bring you no good. Devil: All the wealth you can gain from this deal is worth the cost. Angel: Just think of heaven, and think only of heavenly things. (The devil and the angel will dance around Faustus) Faustus: I’m offering my soul to great Lucifer in exchange of your service for twenty-four years. Mephistopheles: The great Lucifer has accepted your offer. You must write with your blood! (Faustus writes from his blood) (devils are all around him) Faustus: Why does Lucifer want my soul? Mephistopheles: To enlarge his kingdom.. make humans suffer as he suffers. Faustus: Where is his kingdom? Mephistopheles: Everywhere! (Evil will exit) THE 7 DEADLY SINS Faustus: What have I done? I cut my self off from the wonders of heaven. But my hearts so hardened that I cannot repent. Oh God, what have I done/ (Angel and devil appear) Angel: Its never too late for Faustus to repent. Devil: Stop Thinking of God, He doesn’t Love you! (Angel and devil will exit through) (Lucifer Enters) Lucifer: you should not think of God!, Think of the devil and of his dam! (entered the seven deadly sins, exit of Lucifer.) Pride: I am Pride! Covetousness: I am covetousness! Wrath: I am wrath! Envy: I am envy! Gluttony: I am gluttony! Sloth: I Am Sloth! Lechery: I am Lechery! Faustus: I want more. Give me more! Give me knowledge!, wealth, and power to rule everything! (Faustus sings “this is the moment” as the devils gives him crown, Gold!) (Showing Faustus can Raise the dead, Helen of Troy) Faustus: The power of darkness is within me. Sweet Helen come to me! (Clock strikes 12, and everyone left Faustus, Faustus will be terrified, he will never let go of helen ) Faustus: Oh sweet Helen, make me immortal with a kiss! (Helen will leave Faustus alone) (Faustus is afraid) Faustus: Oh God, save me from hell, forgive me, forgive my disobedience! (Re- enter Lucifer to fetch Faustus) Lucifer: it time Faustus, there is no turning back. Faustus: ugly hell!, Ill burn my books! Mephistopheles!God! (exit of devil with Faustus) ENDING Mephistopheles: Faustus! You were just like me.. just like me… trading your soul….for forbidden knowledge! Just like me!
